Refund policy

We want you to love your HYS purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because each HYS hat is individually embroidered, slight variations in stitching, placement, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo so we can make it right. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
